Dr. Tony Breitbach, SLU ATEP Program Director, made the presentation "Creating Effective Multiple Choice Items to Assess Higher Level Thinking" at the Southeastern Athletic Trainers' Association (SEATA) Educators Conference in Atlanta, Georgia on February 5, 2010.
Over 100 athletic training educators attended the conference which is done on years where there is not a NATA Educators Conference. Held simultaneously with the educators the SEATA Student Conference had over 700 participants from athletic training education programs from across the country.
One of the highlights, was "Linebacker Stan", a high fidelity human simulator dressed in football equipment that helps athletic trainers practice with on-field emergencies.
